• 2 wedding design consult
• 1 Logistics consult
• Mood board creation for Ceremony & Reception design
• Specific Vendor Recommendations based on your mood board & design
• 1 Venue walkthrough
• Vendor Management (starting 6 weeks before wedding day)
• Creating a detailed wedding timeline
• Creating a detailed wedding floor plan
• Facilitating the ceremony rehearsal
• Up to 13 hours on-site with your coordinator. You enjoy your wedding day, we handle the details
• Directing of ceremony processional
• Coordinating vendors during set
up
• Assisting with the setup of reception table decor
• Assisting with the setup of ceremony details
• Acting as the point of contact for all vendors
• Coordinating pinning of boutonnières, corsages, and VIP flowers
• Directing events of the evening (i.e. grand entrance, toasts, dances, cake cutting, etc.)
• Confirming vendors are ready for the events of the evening (i.e photo & video are in place for first dances)
• Providing a stocked emergency kit
• Coordinating and handling unforeseen hiccups
• Packing up of personal items
